**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the commercial real estate environment.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of incidents, patrols, and any security-related activities during the shift.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
+ Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address concerns and provide information as necessary.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Experience with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
