Your Mission as an Account Manager:
- Client Account Oversight : Take charge of client accounts, overseeing every aspect of their logistics and shipments. Ensure a streamlined coordination process, timely order tracking, and seamless communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deploy strategies that boost revenue growth through the broker partner network. Analyze market trends and competition to identify revenue maximization opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the broker partner network. Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with broker partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the broker partner network. Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
