[Theodore, AL]: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to join our Maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the facility’s electrical and instrumentation systems, supporting plant production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Duties:
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal plant reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, process control systems, and instrumentation devices to quickly resolve operational issues.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain sensors, transmitters, PLCs, and other control instruments.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and implement sustainable solutions.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives to optimize energy efficiency, system reliability, and product quality.

Requirements/Skills:
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems (480V and below), instrumentation devices, and PLC programming.
• Familiarity with systems used in manufacturing or processing facilities is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

Physical Requirements:
• Work performed in a manufacturing and office environment, with routine use of standard tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant locations as needed.
• Must adhere to facility safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
