Are you passionate about trucks and machinery? Do you possess in-depth knowledge of heavy-duty parts and enjoy assisting customers in finding exactly what they need? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are hiring for a Parts Counter Sales person.
Starting pay according to experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and electronically with parts inquiries and orders
- Identify correct parts using catalogs, databases, and technical resources
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a parts counter role (heavy-duty or automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck or equipment parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts lookup software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus

Job Requirements:
- Drug-free and pre-employment physical.
- Must have a good driving record as we run MVR.
