🏭 Multicraft Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: Athens, AL

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Shift: 2nd Shift 7pm-3:45am | ~50–53 hours/week

Environment: Climate-Controlled Facility

Join a leading automotive manufacturer as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician on our 2nd shift team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced robotic systems, PLCs, and pneumatic equipment in a high-tech, climate-controlled production environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for technicians who thrive on solving complex automation challenges and keeping production running smoothly.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB)
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including 3-phase motors and 480V circuits
• Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Interface with HMIs and automation controls
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and AutoCAD drawings
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Intermediate-level experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong background in robotics and PLC programming
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and automation systems
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, ABB, and HMI platforms
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
