About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will assist our licensed nursing staff in providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, personal care, and supportive tasks. You will work closely with our medical team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, while upholding our center's values of compassion, respect, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with vital sign monitoring, including taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse rates
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support nursing staff with medical treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
