- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend required

- Healthcare Setting: On-site, Intensive Care Unit
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Alabama or Multistate RN license (no prior NURSYS hits)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the healthcare facility
- Experience caring for vented patients and managing vasoactive drips
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and vasoactive drips
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR system
- Float to other hospital units as needed for clinical support
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
