Role Description
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. Ensuring the goals of the practice are met in the most cost-effective manner while promoting the best patient care that can be provided. The Office Manager facilitates an environment that encourages cohesive teamwork to support the physicians and physician extenders of the practice to achieve productivity goals. Supervision and management of administrative staff, including but not limited to billers, bookkeepers, schedulers, receptionists, and related staff. Development and oversight of policies that promote an effective and efficient workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Health Care Management/Private Practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Masters in Business Administration/Health Administration/etc.
