Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting in Oneonta, AL. This position involves providing specialized speech and language services to a diverse caseload within a learning center environment. The role focuses on a high-need group of students, primarily in elementary grade levels, with some high school students included.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 49 students.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Participate in team meetings and support school initiatives for student development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working within school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload including students with high speech and language needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff.

Position Details:

• Location: Oneonta, AL (onsite work preferred with potential for flexible work arrangements).
• Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week, from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Duration: Immediate start through May 23, 2026.
• Interview: Conducted via Zoom with the director.
