Client: Federal Agency

Location: Fort Rucker, AL

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Clearance: Secret

Work Day: Monday – Friday

Overview:

Aalis Management Consulting seeks a Senior Military Analyst to support DoD Aviation operations and planning efforts through analysis, synchronization, and knowledge management. This role directly contributes to operational timelines, planning products, and cross-functional coordination in a doctrine-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and synchronize the DoD Aviation operations across multiple stakeholders
• Develop and manage operational timelines and planning products
• Facilitate working groups, planning sessions, and coordination meetings
• Apply data literacy and knowledge management practices to improve decision-making
• Analyze aviation operational data and produce actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD Aviation experience
• Experience as a DoD Aviation Planner or Military Analyst
• Background in rotary wing, fixed wing, or UAS operations
• Experience in operations planning and synchronization
• Knowledge of data literacy and knowledge management practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AVCOE, CAC, TRADOC, or AFC
• PMP Certification
