About the Role:

Join HELPING HANDS CARE SERVICES LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Bay Minette, AL. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Administer medication as directed and assist with medical appointments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.
• Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Clear background check and compliance with state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
