Your Role

• Manage HVAC comfort advisor responsibilities across Daphne & Pensacola.
• Conduct in-home consultations and present customized HVAC solutions.
• Perform detailed comfort surveys and home energy evaluations.
• Convert company-provided, qualified leads into closed sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company sales processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven outside sales success.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (college a plus).
• Strong closing, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable traveling between Daphne, AL and Pensacola, FL.
• Competitive mindset with a customer-first approach.
