Administrative Clerk (Part Time)
This part-time administrative clerk role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable using computers and basic office software. You will support daily office operations through accurate data entry, clerical tasks, and professional communication by phone and email, helping the team stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities- Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems to maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle general clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing basic correspondence.
- Support office administration by assisting with scheduling, tracking information, and coordinating routine tasks.
- Use Microsoft Excel to enter, update, and organize data as needed for reports and records.
- Answer inbound phone calls in a professional manner and route calls or take messages as appropriate.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on information, confirm details, or provide updates.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Learn and use new software and internal systems quickly to support daily operations.
- Maintain an organized work area and manage tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic to support consistent office operations.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders by phone and in person.
- Strong written communication skills for composing emails and basic office correspondence.
- Proficiency with basic computer use, including navigating software and online tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
