Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data into our company database from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms

- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies

- Update and maintain existing data in the database

- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track data entry progress

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
