Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication regarding supplied products.
  • Ensure all actions are completed promptly, with well-structured and comprehensive data reporting.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans to enhance product quality and information accuracy.
• Travel to customer facilities to evaluate and monitor quality performance.
• Participate in customer quality and satisfaction meetings, supporting product assurance initiatives.
• Coordinate key customer-focused activities, including:
  • Representing the voice of the customer within internal teams
  • Leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts during customer quality reviews
  • Tracking, reporting, and maintaining records of customer satisfaction metrics
  • Managing containment and sorting activities to meet customer expectations
  • Overseeing customer approval processes for new parts and engineering changes
• Actively engage in assembly builds to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and coordinate costs associated with quality issues.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to proactively reduce defects through cross-functional collaboration
• Strong leadership in problem-solving and driving corrective action processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, geometric specifications, and basic engineering principles
• Solid understanding of quality systems and functions
• Familiarity with quality analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., DOE, Red X, PPAP)
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, or related field)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
