Location: Birmingham, AL.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (plus overtime as needed).

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Coordinate appliance installations from start to finish.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for installations.
• Serve as the go-to contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Track installation metrics and maintain accurate records.

What You Bring:

• Experience in installation coordination (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Expert-level product and installation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A customer-first mindset and a drive to solve problems.
