Overview

Our client is seeking a  Warehouse Support Associate to provide  logistical and warehouse support to the Montgomery County Election Center. This role assists with preparing election equipment, organizing warehouse materials, and supporting election day operations. Employees in this position help ensure election equipment and supplies are properly prepared, delivered, and returned during election cycles while working under the supervision of Election Center staff.  Â

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with programming and testing election equipment
• Pack precinct cages with ballots, voting materials, and supplies for polling locations
• Assist with the delivery and pickup of election equipment and materials from polling locations
• Organize and maintain the election warehouse before and after Election Day
• Load and unload election equipment, precinct cages, and warehouse supplies
• Assist with staging and preparing equipment and materials for upcoming elections
• Work mandatory Saturdays: May 9, 2026 (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and June 6, 2026 (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
• Work mandatory OT on Election Days: May 19, 2026 (5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.) and June 16, 2026 (5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications  Â

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required during election periods
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Employees may be required to use their personal vehicles to assist with delivery routesÂ
