Channel Manager, Partner Support & Enablement

- Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of our channel partner program, ensuring seamless collaboration and scalable processes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align channel operations with company goals and ensure flawless execution.
- Lead partner onboarding, managing applications, due diligence, agreements, and system setup to deliver a smooth start for every partner.
- Be the go-to contact for channel partners—resolving issues, guiding them through tools and processes, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Drive partner success by ensuring effective use of partner portals, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Track and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support quarterly and annual business reviews with actionable data and insights that help partners and internal teams make informed decisions.
- Continuously refine channel processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of channel best practices and emerging technologies and introduce innovative approaches to engagement and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or related roles—ideally in tech, manufacturing, or hardware/software industries.
- Deep understanding of channel partner programs, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and transparency.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance within a partner ecosystem.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
- A self-starter who loves solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results.
