Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Construction & Building Materials Industry

The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. American Overhead Door, a DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Madison, Alabama to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell our commercial doors and door related products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
• Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in Madison/Huntsville and surrounding areas
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum three years outside sales experience
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desired
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
• Must possess a valid driver's license
