What You'll Do

• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
• Mix, shake, and stir creative cocktails with precision and flair
• Prepare garnishes and maintain a well-stocked, clean bar
• Share menu knowledge and offer thoughtful drink recommendations
• Deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all regulations
• Process payments and follow cash-handling best practices
• Communicate item availability to servers and management
• Support teammates with side work and collaborative service
• Always prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold Lucy's high standards

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of bartending experience in a restaurant setting (required)
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• A professional, polished presence behind the bar
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure
• A guest-first mindset with a warm, approachable personality
• Dependability, adaptability, and team spirit

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED
