As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site contacts while delivering customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, directing individuals to appropriate areas, and/or contacting emergency services when required.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and property conditions, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
