Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's computer network systems, ensuring their efficient and secure operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and other equipment

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the protection of company data and systems

- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and other network-related tasks

- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for network improvements

- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide technical support and resolve network-related issues

- Document network configurations and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in network administration

- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security measures

- Experience with Cisco and Juniper network equipment

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus
