Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
- Provide high-quality patient care in Med Surg settings
- Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
- Current RN license in Alabama
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing
