$22 - $24 hourly

• Operate front-end load trucks to collect and transport waste materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist in training new drivers by sharing best practices and operational insights when needed.

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience in operating front-end load trucks in a construction or waste management setting.
• Ability to perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety and compliance.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with dispatch and team members.
• Capability to maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage and fuel consumption.
• Customer service skills to professionally address client inquiries and concerns on-site.
