Marketing & Growth Specialist

THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded Marketing & Growth Specialist who can help expand the visibility, authority, and lead generation efforts of both exploreMedia and exploreHVAC.
This role is equal parts marketing execution, content strategy, audience building, and lead generation.
You will manage and optimize existing marketing funnels while also helping identify and develop new lead sources, strategic partnerships, content opportunities, and growth initiatives.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply post on social media and check boxes. We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out what drives attention, engagement, qualified leads, and business growth.
This position works closely with the President, sales team and serves as a key member of the Operations Team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead Generation & Audience Growth
- Manage and optimize existing lead generation funnels
- Generate qualified leads through content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, social media, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain email marketing campaigns and bi-weekly newsletters
- Develop relationships with industry partners and conference contacts
- Attend conferences, networking events, and industry functions as needed
- Track lead generation efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars
- Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads and expand brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data
- Track key performance indicators and provide reporting on marketing initiatives
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing growth strategies for exploreHVAC and exploreMedia
Content & Authority Building
- Create topics, outlines, and scripts for short-form video content
- Coordinate content creation efforts across social media, podcast, video, email, and digital channels
- Manage podcast production, scheduling, guest communication, and episode coordination
- Develop webinar presentations and educational content using Canva and PowerPoint
- Support personal brand content initiatives for company leadership
- Coordinate video shoots, talent scheduling, shot lists, and production logistics
Marketing Operations
- Manage projects and workflows through ClickUp and other internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time
- Maintain organized records, reporting dashboards, and campaign documentation
- Support creation and updating of sales collateral and marketing assets
- Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve efficiency, research, content development, and execution

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
- You understand our brands, services, audiences, and marketing systems.
- You have taken ownership of the marketing calendar and are consistently executing campaigns with minimal oversight.
- You are actively managing our lead generation funnels and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- You have become a reliable member of the Operations Team and contribute ideas that help drive growth.
- You understand our KPIs, can confidently report on performance, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
PAY STRUCTURE
This salaried position is an entry to mid-level position with quarterly bonuses. Our benefits package includes Blue Cross-Blue Shield Group Health & Dental, paid holiday and vacation time, along with a 4% matching 401K program.
- Yearly Salary: $42,000 - $46,000 paid bi-monthly based on experience
- Bonus opportunities offered based on monthly/quarterly key performance indicators such as qualified leads, discovery calls and pipeline value generated. Bonus range: $2,000-$8,000/year.
