Pay: $2.13 per hour plus tips
Schedule: Must be available evenings & weekends; schedule may vary

Sweet Peppers Deli in Cullman, AL is looking for a friendly, energetic Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy connecting with people and creating great dining experiences, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with care
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through friendly, attentive service
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, stocked, and ready for guests
- Handle payments and process transactions correctly
- Communicate with kitchen and teammates to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a busy environment
