Your goal is to ensure every travel experience is smooth, organized, and enjoyable. You will assist with travel arrangements, answer questions, manage updates, and provide guidance so travelers feel confident every step of the way. By understanding each client’s preferences and expectations, you will help coordinate trips that match their needs and create memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Assist clients with itinerary updates, travel questions, and general trip coordination.
- Provide clear information about destinations and travel requirements.
- Confirm trip details and follow up with clients before departure.
- Collect feedback and maintain communication after travelers return.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and timely communication.
