- Support the estimating team by preparing and organizing project documentation
- Assist with estimates, proposals, and customer files
- Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, and vendors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines
- Track project progress and ensure documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain digital files and job records
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks as needed
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects stay organized from start to finish
- Previous administrative, project coordination, estimating support, or office experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Construction, restoration, property management, or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
- Stable, full-time opportunity
