Responsibilities: + Conduct detailed **requirement analysis** and translate business needs into technical solutions. + Prepare **end-to-end solution designs** and communicate implementation status to project stakeholders. + Design and develop **high-quality deliverables** adhering to coding standards and design principles. + Lead the development team in implementing robust and scalable solutions. + Perform **code reviews** with peers and architects to ensure code quality and consistency. + Provide support during **QA, UAT, and production deployments** . + Create and maintain **unit tests** , ensuring code coverage meets agreed standards. + Take ownership of the **quality and timeliness** of team deliverables. + Develop Java and database-based solutions by analyzing existing architecture and evaluating alternatives. + Foster a culture of **continuous improvement** and innovation within the team. + Ensure teams have clear technical specifications, realistic timelines, and adequate resources. + Provide **timely status updates** to management and stakeholders. + Establish and enforce **development policies, procedures, and standards** . + Stay updated with the latest development methodologies and best practices through continuous learning. + Act as a **technical advisor** to managers, leads, and team members. **Required Qualifications:** + **Hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, REST API, Ruby on Rails, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate/Spring JPA, and React.** + Strong foundation in **Java fundamentals** , including algorithms, data structures, and OOP concepts. + Proven ability to write **optimized and efficient code** . + Experience in **Java backend development** with a focus on performance and memory management. + Solid understanding of **distributed systems** and **service-oriented architecture** . + Expertise in **Spring Framework** and **Hibernate/web-based technologies** . + Experience with **multi-threading** and concurrent programming. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in **eCommerce or payment domain** projects. + Exposure to **high-end technology product development environments** . **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until august 8th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $82,000- $93,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
