As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mandi Fortner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This will be the front desk, first impression, and face of our agency position. We are looking for someone who really loves helping people and has a servant's heart. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The front desk person and the first point of contact for our customers to help them or to delegate.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills. High level of emotional intelligence.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Hard-working.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Works well with a team of 12+ people of all ages and personality types.
