Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, assist with smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a professional and hospitable environment throughout their stay.
• Room Operations: Efficiently manage room assignments based on guest preferences, group status, and loyalty memberships, while handling same-day and future reservations.
• Local Knowledge & Engagement: Provide informed recommendations on hotel services, local attractions, entertainment, and events to enhance the guest’s overall experience.
• Financial Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, apply qualified discounts, and maintain accurate billing and account records.
• Safety & Compliance: Support guest use of secure deposit boxes, complete all front desk reports, and follow established procedures for financial and operational policies.
