Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Job Type: Full-Time 1099 Contractor
Pay: $700–$1,100/week + Monthly Performance Bonus

Now we’re on the hunt for a driven, outgoing Territory Sales Rep to help expand our reach and boost retail success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow the Network: Scout and sign new retail accounts (convenience stores, grocers, etc.) to carry our top-tier brands.
• Build Relationships: Manage existing accounts with confidence — keeping displays fresh, pricing on point, and partners happy.
• Be in the Field: Visit stores regularly for sales presentations, merchandising, and relationship building.
• Boost Sales: Use your charm and smarts to drive volume and set up awesome in-store displays.
• Stay Sharp: Keep your ear to the ground on trends and competitor moves to help us stay ahead.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of field sales experience , ideally in C-store, beverage, food, or nicotine categories
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Bonus points for being bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati = big plus!)
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you're self-motivated and results-driven
• A solid network of retail contacts is a big advantage
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
