The Rose Law Firm LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our established and growing family law practice in Birmingham, Alabama.

We are looking for an attorney who is intelligent, compassionate, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

- Licensed to practice law in Alabama or eligible for admission
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Interest in or passion for family law
- Previous court experience and/or significant client facing relations
Previous family law experience is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates. xrczosw
