Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Mentor appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts • Ability to teach sales script mastery • Enter and update lead data in CRM • Use email templates and texting tools for client communication • Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents • Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers • Support the team by maintaining organized client workflows • Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes Qualifications: • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems • Real Estate License • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines • Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle About Company: Our mission is to empower real estate agents by providing them with the resources, expert guidance, and innovative technology they need to thrive in a competitive industry.
