• Shifts: Per Diem Bundle Scheduling
• Shift Additional: 12hr shifts Day|Night (30 min. break)

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or home health environment preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, based on the needs of the facility.
