NTA, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Power Platform Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint in support of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) activities. Duties will include designing and implementing secure, efficient, and user-friendly business applications to support program planning, scheduling, equipment inventory, and large-scale data management in support of test events. Responsibilities will also include collaborating across divisions and teams to capture operational requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring system reliability and security. This position will play a key role in advancing digital transformation efforts within a high-visibility Army support lab.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering / Management Information Systems or related discipline from an ABET accredited institution.
  • 2 + years of experience.
Required:
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint to improve organizational processes.
  • Proven skillset in building and managing tools for equipment inventory, scheduling, and program planning, with the flexibility to expand capabilities as needs evolve.
  • Proficient in integrating and managing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Experienced in applying database expertise and light scripting to deliver efficient, user-friendly solutions.
  • Effective in collaborating with program leads and operational staff to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
  • Capable of supporting large-scale data management activities for collected test data.
  • Maintains governance, security, and data integrity across solutions.
  • Stays current with Power Platform and SharePoint features to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Expertise in designing and developing custom business apps using Portal/Power Pages.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dataverse including experience in creating solutions and custom connectors.
  • Experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online, including experience designing solutions.
  • Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows, and Process Advisor.
Desired:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Security + or other DoD 8570 baseline certifications
  • Prior experience working in lab or test environment
  • Exposure to light scripting
Applicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required.
