What You'll Do

As a PreK Teacher at The Branch Family Worship Center, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a love of learning in our youngest students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that support the academic, social, and emotional growth of PreK students.
- Encouraging creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
- Building strong relationships with children and their families to ensure a collaborative learning experience.
- Maintaining a structured yet flexible classroom routine that supports the needs of all students.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a PreK Teacher who is enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, and team members.
- Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to inspire and engage young learners.
