Hiring Stacker / Production Worker/ Manufacturing Associate-1st Shift

Title: Stacker-1st Shift

Location: Decatur , AL 35601

Duration : Temp to hire/Full time

Pay rate : $15/hr

1st Shift – Monday–Friday: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Description:
We are currently hiring Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position involves stacking metal tubing, performing basic quality checks, and working as part of a team in a hot industrial environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team lift and stack metal tubes into designated piles.
Count and verify the quantity of tubes being processed.
Use a pre-marked measuring ruler to verify tube length and size.
Perform basic visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Work efficiently in a hot manufacturing environment while meeting production goals.
Qualifications

Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to repeatedly lift and move metal tubing with a team.
Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment.
Ability to accurately count materials and perform basic measurements.
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must Pass a Drug Screen & Background
Steeled-toed boots required
Physical Requirements

Frequent standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift.
Repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
Must be able to safely perform team lifting tasks.
