Your future role

• Supervise a team of managers, coordinators, and service technicians in Canada and the United States, ensuring their development and performance.
• Optimize customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines, and ensure their loyalty through constant communication and exceptional service.
• Exercise effective leadership to maximize team profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promote continuous process improvement and team performance enhancement.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives by maintaining high standards and promoting a safe working environment.
• Participate in the business unit's management team and actively contribute to the development of business strategies, developing and deploying resource plans aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the business unit on various internal committees, bringing your expertise and strategic vision to support the organization's goals.

Required skills

• Proven experience in industrial manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of industrial automated machinery
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Have customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns
• Extensive business acumen with the ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mobilize an autonomous team
• Adept at making critical decisions, particularly regarding prioritization and safety
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety standards
• Dedicated to fostering continuous improvement of team performance
