What youll do

• Install, organise, and set up lighting and technical equipment according to project plans or supervisor instructions.
• Assemble, position, and secure fixtures, panels, cabling and support systems reliably and safely.
• Manage and maintain cabling, connections and technical gear: labelling, maintenance checks, and inventory tracking to ensure all hardware is ready for use.
• Assist with lighting setup adjustments during rehearsals, testing or live productions guaranteeing smooth transitions and optimal studio performance.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and support the upkeep and organisation of all technical equipment and accessories.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clear communication within the team to uphold production standards and a safe working environment.

What were looking for

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication in a multicultural team.
• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of lighting, audiovisual or event-related technical systems ideally with hands-on experience installing / operating gear.
• Physical capability and willingness to handle equipment lifting, moving, assembling, and managing cabling and lighting fixtures.
• Flexibility to work variable hours (including nights, weekends, holidays) to support live-production schedules.
• A team-oriented attitude, ability to follow instructions carefully, and readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment.
