We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to build and maintain positive customer relationships while supporting account management and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing solutions, and contributing to a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer account inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide information regarding products, services, and company programs.
- Assist with account updates and customer requests.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
