What You’ll Do

Be the Go-To Resource

Help members open and manage accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and navigate loan and credit card applications with confidence.

Solve with Purpose

Investigate and resolve account or loan questions with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.

Guide Financial Success

Introduce members to products and services that fit their goals, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.

Strengthen Relationships

Spot opportunities to deepen connections and enhance the member experience.

Handle with Care

Process cash and negotiable items securely and accurately.

Support the Team

Collaborate, share knowledge, and help train teammates while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.

Stay Compliant & Confident

Follow regulations and best practices to ensure every interaction meets the highest standards.

Pitch In Where Needed

Support branch operations, including vault duties and ATM oversight as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
