As part of the Analytics Technology team you will contribute to the design and enhancement of user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting the execution of innovative UX strategies, working with cross-functional teams to align designs with user needs and business objectives. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in UX design while working on impactful projects that shape the future of our technology solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in UX design
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Demonstrating knowledge of user research methodologies
- Conducting user research activities for insights
- Developing information architecture and user flows
- Planning and conducting usability testing sessions
- Showcasing a user-centered design approach in a portfolio
- Understanding risk management and SOX compliance principles
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
