**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the property by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, tenants, and/or employees according to site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.
+ Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to communicate and address security-related concerns.
+ Participate in emergency response activities as outlined in site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Follow all site-specific and Allied Universal protocols while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
