Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing the process parameters of the responsible process, improving efficiency, and standardizing control points.
- Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.
- Reduce the cost optimization of responsible processes.
- Responsible for liaising with customers to develop feasible solutions for special requirements
- Responsible for training department employees on theoretical knowledge related to solar modules
- Customer complaint and feedback analysis and improvement
- Other matters arranged by the leader
- College degree or above, STEM related majors such as Semiconductor, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. is preferred.
- Master relevant knowledge of on-site process flow and analysis and handling of anomalies in each process
- Good independent problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Hardworking and strong execution ability
- Timely complete tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on results
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
