**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, contractors, and employees with entry procedures and directions as needed.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to maintain order within the logistics and distribution environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in a clear and timely manner as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed during emergencies or incidents.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns when appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
