You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist performs operational duties to support the lockbox service including opening incoming mail, depositing all received funds in the corresponding account, and scanning the payments and any remittance information. **Primary Responsibilities** + Verifies and researches checks that come in for deposit + Prepares and processes deposits to designated accounts including merchant and loose coin deposits + Follows endorsement procedures for checks + Follows specification sheet direction for each lockbox customer This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED **Preferences** + Related banking or operations experience **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + General knowledge of banking procedures + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Hours: Monday-Friday 4am-9am **Position Type** Part time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
