Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming school campus by performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties in classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned areas.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to the supervisor.
• Follow all cleaning, safety, and facility procedures while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Assist with general cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift cleaning supplies as needed.
• Must be able to work independently and professionally around students, staff, and visitors.
