Client Connector (Front Desk Coordinator)
We are not looking for someone to sit at a desk. We are looking for someone who runs the front of the house.
Huntsville Hub is a coworking space serving entrepreneurs, small businesses, and professionals. This role is the face and voice of the Hub every single day.
What You Will Do:
- Answer a high volume of calls professionally and warmly, every time.
- Greet members and visitors, give tours, and help convert prospects into members.
- Sort and process daily mail including certified packages.
- Set up meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Keep the front desk and common areas running smoothly throughout the day.
What We Are Looking For:
- Warm, people-first personality that does not waver on a hard day.
- Comfortable with both constant interaction and self-directed quiet periods.
- Detail-oriented and reliable without needing reminders.
- Experience in hospitality, medical reception, church administration, or high-volume customer service is a strong plus.
