Pay:
Salary + Commission= Earning potential up to $65,000
Typical Earnings: $38,000 - $55,000
Job Details:
This position requires extensive driving time and time spent in and around customer homes. All work is done outdoors, and conditions vary with the weather. Also, will require the mixing and handling of chemicals for lawn treatments. Account management skills are a must. You will be communicating with customers, dealing with issues or upselling Waynes services while upholding a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, organized, efficient, attentive to details, has good time management skills, and customer-oriented. This position requires the ability to work full-time, five days per week, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays may be required), and approximately 8-10 hours per day. This position reports to Lawn Care Supervisor.
- Perform lawn inspections, treatments
- Apply fertilizer, herbicides, fungicide, and insecticides to customer's lawn
- Able to carry 50-100 lbs. Carry 4-gallon backpacks and pull hose up to 300ft.
- Working in temps from 33-95 degrees Fahrenheit

- Must be able to work a 40-45 hour workweek Monday through Friday

- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance with a consistent presence at the office, on the job sites, and at all pertinent meetings.
- Continually build relationships and promote excellent customer service, integrity, and professionalism
- Perform all other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Coachable
- Requires mental alertness and hearing.
- Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with Lawn Care position.
- Must possess physical ability and stamina to work outdoors.
